🌟 Carlcare Smart Locker: How to Deposit & Pick Up Your Device 🌟
📥 📱 DEVICE DEPOSIT (PUT IN)
1️⃣ Go to the Carlcare Smart Locker and tap “Put In” on the screen.
2️⃣ Select “User Put In.”
3️⃣ Enter your mobile number correctly, then tap “Next.”
4️⃣ Select the issue (Fault Code) and number of devices, then tap “Next.”
(Skip this step if you booked via the app.)
5️⃣ Confirm your mobile number.
6️⃣ A locker will open automatically—place your phone inside and close the door.
✅ Your device is now safely deposited. Our technician will collect and repair it.
📤 📱 DEVICE PICKUP (TAKE OUT)
1️⃣ Once repaired, you’ll receive a Pick-Up Code via SMS or WhatsApp.
2️⃣ Go back to the Smart Locker and tap “Take Out.”
3️⃣ Enter your Pick-Up Code.
💡 If NO payment is needed:
➡️ Locker opens automatically—get your phone and close the door.
💡 If payment is required:
➡️ Scan the QR code to pay
➡️ Locker opens—get your phone and close the door
